This recipe is so easy and it is a healthy snack loaded with protein, fibre and healthy fats!


  • 2 cups almond milk
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

To finish: 2 tablespoons of coconut cream

Cooking Method

  • Place the almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup and cinnamon in a bowl and whisk together for 30 seconds by hand
  • Now add the chia seeds and whisk together for another 30 seconds
  • Pour mixture into container and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the chia seeds gel
  • Shake or whisk a few times within the first hour to help it gel evenly
  • To finish add 2 tablespoons of coconut cream and mix it through
  • Place in a bowl or glass and garnish with your favourite berries, fruits, nuts and seeds
