Our team of chefs are busy perfecting recipes and coming up with new ideas for conference catering.
If you have ever wondered how we mastered the likes of our Korean Fried Chicken, Famous Homemade Granola or the newest favourite addition, White Chocolate Madeleines, our chefs are sharing their recipes along with knowledge about products we use at the Estate.
The team has also been working hard on implementing the new government regulations and safety guidelines for hospitality venues. Conference catering will definitely look a bit different with the new normal. It’s an exciting opportunity for the team to come up with a new menu and revised style of service. We are committed to keeping you safe as a priority while still delivering the delicious food and excellent service that we’ve come to be known for.
There is a lot to do and a lot to think about, but rest assured our team is up for the challenge and when we reopen, we will be ready for you!
